Every doctrine must be wrapped in the known character of Christ Jesus with two or more witnesses or it cannot be ratified into a Doctrine.
A single Scripture does NOT make a doctrine. Two or more witnesses can establish the support of a position, and the underscoring of a thesis — two or more passages by the same witness does NOT reinforce the subject’s position and cannot be ratified into doctrine.
Anything that contradicts the established CANON of the Word of God must be disregarded.
We must compare Scripture with Scripture to establish context.
Remember Dispensational Truth: EVERYTHING must be interpreted in the Light of the New Testament — the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of The Lord Jesus Christ changed everything about how we relate to the immutable God whom is all Holy, all Love and all Truth.
We must be aware of subjective transmission of the Holy Scriptures as well as subjective interpretation of the Holy Scriptures.
Challenge every thought, word, deed that we have in the Light of the Word of God; ANYTHING, Church traditions, personal experiences — even if it’s supernatural e.g. an angel appearing to you, a dream that seems prophetic. Or a prophet has a knowing called a word of knowledge about you that no one knows but you and God. Then they give a directive that is NOT in line with the Word of God —IT MUST BE REJECTED.
God CANNOT LIE — He will NEVER contradict His Word, promises, standards of Holiness —even if it’s seems that way in the moment, a feeling, a symptom, pain, lack, failure; experiences that seems to contradict what God says in His Word — it wasn’t God who failed— We violated some element of the prerequisite that activates the power of the Word of God. If we humble ourselves under the Mighty hand of God with the heart - of humility, honesty and honor, He will show us where we went wrong. But the absolute last thing we must NEVER do is REWRITE THE WORD OF GOD OR RATIONALIZE THE WORD INTO AN UNBIBLICAL DOCTRINE BASED ON OUR BAD EXPERIENCES.
'One witness doth not rise against a man for any iniquity, and for any sin, in any sin which he sinneth; by the mouth of two witnesses, or by the mouth of three witnesses, is a thing established - Deuteronomy 19:15.
But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established - Matthew 18:16.
This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. 2 I told you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and being absent now I write to them which heretofore have sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare - 2 Corinthians 13:1.
Without this standard innocent people could die, bad doctrines could be ratified, false prophecies are accepted and devils can con us with the text into error and catastrophic failure.

My rule of thumb in Biblical study is to delve into the Hebrew definitions even when studying the Greek New Testament.
The Septuagint has proven to be a reliable word for word translation from the Hebrew for over two thousand years. However, when the context of a given passage is in question even while interpreting Scripture with Scripture — I always will yield to the Hebrew sensibility.
It is a sad reality that the Body of Christ has lost its pre-exile Jewishness before the zeal without understanding infiltrated and man’s tradition entered.
Which brings me to the question of all interpretation of Scripture and Prophetic utterances — What spirit are you of?
Does the interpretation produce, repentance from dead works, faith toward Jesus, love from a pure heart, a good conscience and a sincere faith — in all righteousness, peace and joy in The Holy Spirit. Does it comfort the condemned even in a rebuke or admonishment. This is the work of the Holy Spirit in the New Testament era.
The heart of the Gospel is not to condemn but to encourage and comfort toward faith in The Lord Jesus Christ.
